Payment

Cabgear ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online. Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is dispatched. Please note that if you order with a personalised logo and/or name, we will charge payment when the work begins.

Reservation of amounts

When using a payment card, debit or credit, a reservation is made for the amount of the purchase. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service. Please note that if you have personalised your cabin table, the money will be deducted when the work begins. This includes logo, name and or cabin fittings.

Debit card authorisation

For debit cards, you will see that the money has been reserved in your account and that your available amount will be shown as less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancels your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will remain valid for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

Credit card authorisation

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and cancels the payment for your order All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Europe - EURO

Cabgear ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders. Cabgear ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

The delivery time for your order is different for each product. Please go to the SHIPPING PAGE.

Cabgear ApS ships goods with the following: PostNord - Private, PostNord - Optional delivery point

The freight is calculated based on weight.


You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".


You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your home.

Right of cancellation

There is a 30-day full return policy on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Goods that are personalised with your name and/or logo are not included in the right of cancellation. Please also note that we do not take into account tractors that have been modified in the cabin. All cabin tables are made from the standard model.

Cancellation requests must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your cancellation.

Requests for cancellation must be sent by email to kontakt@cabgear.dk. The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of cancellation.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may test the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Cabgear ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and manufacture.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to Cabgear ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. 
A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund reasonable freight costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Cabgear ApS will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your data deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Cabgear ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

The personal data is registered with Cabgear ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what data is collected and why.

The director and employees of Cabgear ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Cabgear ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and enquiries in this regard should be directed to kontakt@cabgear.dk.

At www.cabgear.eu cookies are used for the purpose of optimising the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

Complaint options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the House of Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for the House of Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be subject to change. You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed.

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here:
